Sally has practised extensively in the condominium law area and was an associate lawyer with the well known condominium law firm of Deacon, Spears, Fedson and Montizambert from 1995 to 2006.  In 2006 Sally opened her own firm in York Region practicing in all areas of condominium law, including reciprocal agreements and the mediation and arbitration of cost sharing disputes as well as corporate, real estate, estate and elder law

Michael has practised extensively in the condominium law area and is fortunate to have worked with and been mentored by some of the leading condominium practitioners in Ontario including Audrey Loeb, John Deacon and Michael Spears. Michael has also practiced in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and commmercial law, securities law and has been involved in a number of mediations.

In addition to litigation experience, having appeared before both the Superior Court of Ontario and the Divisional Court, as well as numerous tribunals, Michael has acted for clients in various shareholder dispute, tax matters, securities law matters, share purchase transactions, mediations, contract reviews, by-law and contract drafting, enforcement matters and construction deficiency litigation.
